Once your order has shipped, you will get a confirmation email that features your Canada Post tracking number.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. Once processed, you will get a confirmation email stating that your order has been shipped and your tracking information will be included. 

Standard shipping takes between 3-9 business days to arrive once shipped. Express shipping takes 1-2 business days to arrive once shipped.

We offer free ground shipping within Canada on orders over $75 (before tax). Otherwise, standard shipping is $15, and express shipping is $30. All rates are quoted during checkout, depending on the items ordered. For more information, visit our Shipping and Delivery page.

Certain products are unable to be shipping by air and must be shipped using Standard ground service. If you have one of these items in your cart, you will not see Express shipping as an option at checkout.

Yes, our cast iron products are pre-seasoned from the factory, meaning they can be used immediately if time doesn't permit to complete a second seasoning layer. However, we recommend that you follow the steps to season your cast iron products further to ensure the best performance.
