  • 1 package of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 Tbsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. of water

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Directions

  1. Soak the tips of the Bamboo Roasting Sticks for 20 minutes so they don't burn easily in the fire
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the cinnamon and the sugar
  3. Divide the crescent roll dough into four pieces
  4. Using your hands, roll the dough out into 4 equal length strands
  5. Wrap the dough around the bamboo roasting stick in a spiral fashion
  6. Coat the twists with the cinnamon sugar mixture
  7. Cook over campfire coals, turning frequently until the dough is cooked. Careful not to scorch the sugar or the dough by putting too close to flames
  8. In the mixing bowl, whisk together icing sugar and water until you get a glaze
  9. Drizzle the glaze over the cooked cinnamon twist and serve
